Triple Aqua Hexagons

Hello, It's Annette here from Netty's Cards with a set of three simple hexagon shaped cards.

I've used a trio of cute critter images from Amanda Jayne Designs Etsy shop, and watercoloured each one with distress inks.

I've then die cut the images with a hexagon shaped nesting die and matted them onto navy card.

I've die cut a larger hexagon in Aqua card which I've then embossed using an embossing folder run through my Sizzix Big Shot.

That's then matted onto navy card to frame it.

I've then used the hexagon die again on the fold of some white card to create the cardbase, and layered them all on.

The sentiment and flowers are die cut in the same colour card, using the scraps from the hexagon shapes. I've stencilled the flower petals with some distress ink and added an enamel dot centre for a little texture.
