Community Rules

To ensure our blog articles and community interaction through comments remains a safe and inclusive place for all users, all comments are moderated to ensure they abide by our community rules.

We provide an opportunity for crafters, both professional and hobbyists, to create blog articles for our website. We always appreciate the knowledge, skills and time required to produce high quality articles; and our aim as content moderators is to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for our content creators and their articles.

By moderating comments, we also protect our commentors' online experience, while encouraging healthy debate and discussions, plenty of opportunity to share their own thoughts and experiences, pose questions, and offer help to fellow craft enthusiasts.

Commenting Rules

We welcome debate and differing opinions, but personal attacks against our content creators, other commentors, or of Papermill Direct, will not be tolerated.

We welcome constructive feedback and criticism of blog articles, but will not tolerate misrepresentation of articles, content creators, other commentors, Papermill Direct, fellow crafters, the larger crafting community, or other businesses.

Content which might offend others will be removed. We will moderate comments based on the discussion and context in which they were made. Any offensive or threatening comments, or comments that do not respect other people's views, will not be tolerated. This includes - but is not limited to - racist, sexist, and homophobic comments.

Spammy comments or obviously commercially-driven comments will be removed. This is not an advertising space.

Our community is made up of users from all ages; please keep your comments "family friendly". Any comments containing swear words or derogatory language will be removed.

Comments should be relevant and remain on-topic. Links to external websites not related to the articles, or which are clearly advertising opportunities (see above), are not allowed.

Feedback

If you have any questions about our rules, or would like more information regarding our moderation practices, please contact us.

Our goal is to create a safe environment for the crafting community, and we welcome any feedback or suggestions to ensure we are doing our utmost to achieve this.
