Penguin Christmas Card

Hi All,
Nicole here with a fun card to share. I love this penguin image from Stamping Bella and love when it can be the whole focus of a card! Images like this make for great cards, as you don't need to embellish or add much more than a sentiment. For this card I used:
- Papermilldirect Deep Blue Card Blank
- Papermilldirect Deep Blue Card
- Papermilldirect Hammered White card
I coloured the image using Kurataki Gansai water colour paints. It is a very quick image to colour so you could very easily batch produce this card if you wanted. I used plain water colours, as well as some metallic ones to get that christmas sparkle.
I left the card nice and simple and just added the sentiment up the top. Then added some glossy accents onto the string of bells that the penguins are carrying. You can see this better in the image below. You can also see the shimmer on the penguins bellies better on the image below too.
That was it then, fun, simple but festive!
