Good Morning.

I love using different colour combinations on my cards and I thought the gold and white looks elegant but also fun with the bear and chick images.

The products I used are:

You will also need:

  • Birthday stamps
  • Birthday die
  • Copic markers
  • Memento ink
  • Enamel drops
  • Twine

Bear

To start with I used a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm. I trimmed this down to 4 1/4 inches and scored at 5 1/2 inches for my card base. I then trimmed down some Super Mirror Finish Card- Gold and adhered this onto my base using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm. After this I trimmed down some White Card Linen 255gsm and adhered this onto the Super Mirror Finish Card- Gold panel.

I then stamped and coloured my images onto a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm and cut them out. I adhered the images onto my White Card Linen 255gsm.

I added my happy stamped sentiment to the top of the card and die cut the word birthday using some White Card Linen 255gsm and Super Mirror Finish Card- Gold. I adhered these together with some Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60mland then adhered them onto the card with Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.

To finish off the card I added some twine and Enamel dots, feel free to use any embellishments that you have at home.

I love this colour combination and the texture from the White Card Linen 255gsm really adds a touch of elegance to it.

I hope you enjoy making this card and trying some white and gold colours.
