Save The Date 1

Hi Everyone,

It is Nicole here today to share a quick and fun Save the Date wedding themed card. I used:

  • Ivory Long Grain card (currently on special offer)
  • Raspberry Pink card
  • Stamps
  • Spellbinders Circle and Scalloped Circle Dies
  • Stamping Bella Script Stamp
  • Weddign themed stamps
  • Pink Ink
  • Ribbon

I die cut two large scalloped circles from the Raspberry Pink card. I used a pink ink to stamp all over these using a script stamp for a tone on tone effect. I stamped the sentiment in black ink for strong contrast.

Inside there are two different sized circles of the Ivory Long Grain card. This card is lovely to stamp on, even though it is textured, the ink sits on it perfectly. My top smaller circle got a love sentiment and some rings in pink ink (the same ink used on the pink card).

Save The Date 2

The next ivory long grain card circle has the save the date on it. This can have the month and date circled and over leaf the bride and groom to be can write a message!

Save The Date3

All of the circles were tied together with a pink ribbon, and you just flip through to see each circle. I think it makes a fun change from a traditional card!!
