I love the purple, white and gold colour combination; it really speaks to me. A quick and simple card to make in around 15 minutes.
Make a 5 x 5 inches card blank from White Super Smooth. Cut a piece of Champagne Non-Shedding Glitter Card to 4.75 x 4.75 inches and a piece of Purple Cumbria Card to 4.5 x 4.5 inches.
Use any background stamp on the purple piece and emboss in clear embossing powder to give a tone on tone effect. I have used the Simon Says Stamp Heart to Heart Background.
Layer all three pieces, leaving an eighth of an inch border around each side.
Die-cut your chosen sentiment, once in Champagne and four times in white. Using tacky glue, stack the four white die-cuts directly on top of each other. Slightly offset the champagne die-cut, up and to the left, to give shadow impression.
Glue the finished sentiment piece to the card front.
I finished here, as I like the plain and striking colours. You could add other embellishments such as glitter drops, sequins, etc. if you want to. Video tutorial available on You Tube https://youtu.be/8Hf0rdG4Roo
