March Calendar Page 1

Hi, Sylvia here with another three Create-a-Calendar pages, March, April and May. My designs move on as I go through the calendar and for these three pages I have added a circular frame to the inked circle.

March Calendar Page 3

The March page was sprayed with French mint and yellow ink and stamped with an IndigoBlu stamp which came free with a magazine some years ago. I love this stamp, the feel of the wind blowing through her hair is ideal for March.

March Calendar Page 5

I stencilled and stamped over the background, coloured the flowers and swirls with distress oxide inks and added white pen detail and dots.

April Calendar Page 2

The April page was sprayed with vintage blue and purple spray inks and stamped with Marianne Designs "Romantic Vintage CS0869" and Inkilicious "Water Raindrops" .

April Calendar Page 4

Again the background was stencilled with distress oxide inks and the stamping highlighted with white pen.

May Calendar Page

May reflects the Japanese Cherry Blossom Season (March/April and May). White pearl, pink, green and blue spray inks were spattered randomly and dabbed with kitchen paper to keep the colour less vivid. The stamps used are quite old and I am not sure if they are still available. Non Sequrtur "Oriental Love Letters" and a LOTV oriental stamp set.

The cherry blossom branches were coloured with distress oxides and white pen detail added to highlight areas of the main stamp.

I am trying to complete three calendar pages at a time. June, July and August will be my next three pages for the Summer season.

Back soon with the next three.
