Hooray

Hi, today I am showing you how to make a sweet birthday card.

The products I used are:

To make the card base I used a piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm which I cut in half and folded to make my card base. I then cut and A5 piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm. This is for your card front. I blended some pigment ink with the sponges to add some soft colour to the card. I then stuck this down using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml. You will then need to stamp and colour your images, I always use White Card Super Smooth 300gsm for this. Its just fantastic for alcohol markers.

The next step is to die cut your word. I used another piece of White Card Super Smooth 300gsm which I die cut 4 times and stuck the pieces together using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml. I then die cut another piece onto some lovely Silver Sparkle Card 280gsm and stuck this onto the rest of the dies. I added the stamped image to my card with some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm. The die cut word was then placed under the image using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml. You will then need to heat emboss a sentiment I used some Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm and white embossing powder. I placed this near the bottom of the card using some Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.

To finish the card off I added a few sequins and stuck them down onto the card front using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml.

I really love the card colours here and I am sure they will brighten up someone's birthday.

I hope you have as much fun as I did creating this card.
