Glitter Balloons

Today I'm sharing a card using some beautiful glitter card. The glitter cards die cut beautifully and the colours are amazing.

I began by die cutting some different sized balloons from 5 colours of glitter card. I used a die set from Hello Bluebird but any party balloon set will work for this design.

Once die cut, I arranged the balloons across my 5.25 inch square card base. I left space at the top for a stamped sentiment, then adhered the balloons down on the card, using liquid glue for some and foam tape for others, to give dimension to the design. I trimmed away anything overhanding the edges.

The balloon strings are die cut from (name of card). I like the softer grey for the strings, rather than a black card.

At the top of the card, I stamped a birthday sentiment to finish.
