Hi folks, Barbara back again with another very easy card to show.....and, I made a matching envelope with this one!

I started off with a 6" x 6" square of white hammered card, and stamped the image with 4 different colours of Adirondack inks.....these are my favourite at the moment, the colours are fab!

The feather stamp & sentiment is from Bee Crafty. (www.beecrafty.net)

I wanted to 'mat & layer' the image and had no trouble matching the ink colours to Papermilldirect cardstock.

I've used different weights of paper & card, as it doesn't really matter when you're layering up.

I then mounted the 'topper' onto a 7" x 7" card base made with 2 sheets of A4 hammered card.

When the card was finished, I decided to decorate the envelope too, just as a little surprise for the Postman!

Hope you like today's inspiration.....back soon with lots of cards using the brand new Papermilldirect 'Hemp' and 'Hopsack' cardstock.
