Hello, it's Lisa here with coffin shaped treat boxes which would be perfect for Halloween!

I have used:

  • Smooth Black and Plain White card from Papermilldirect
  • SVG Spooky Coffin cutting file from Dreaming Tree which is currently free.
  • Digital Paper and Elements from Carta Bella Paper.
  • Sparkle Mod Podge

The coffin box is very easy to assemble. I didn't use all of the decor elements included with the kit because I wanted to jazz it up with digital elements (paper and clip art) from Carta Bella Paper.

If you don't have a machine which can cut out SVG files, you can still make a coffin shaped box using free templates like this one here which I found on Pinterest.

Also, If you don't have sparkle mod podge but do have standard glossy mod podge, you can add any loose glitter of your choice to it to make the black card to make it look amazing. Orange or purple glitter would be great for Halloween! Just pour a little of the mod podge in a paper/plastic cup and add the glitter so that you don't get left with a pot full of sparkly mod podge which you might not use.

I've put candy corn in mine but you can go wild with these, filling them with those gummy spiders, worms and severed fingers for both a trick and a treat!
