Good Morning Vic here today.

I love butterflies and made a pretty card using some shimmer card.

You will need:

• Nude Sirio Colour Card 290gsm
• White Card Super Smooth 250gsm
• Rosa Pearlised Card 300gsm
• Silver Non-Shedding Glitter Card 285gsm
• Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
• New Lilac Smooth Card 240gsm
• Powder Blue Pearlised Card 300gsm
• Turquoise Colour Card 240gsm
• Baby Pink Plain Card 240gsm
• Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm
• Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml

You will also need:

• Butterfly Die (Spellbinders)
• Embossing Folder )Fun Stampers Journey)
• Bonjour Die (Spellbinders)
• Gems
• Flower Dies (Spellbinders)

To make my card base I trimmed down a piece of Nude Sirio Colour Card 290gsm to 4 1/8 inches and scored at 5 7/8 inches. I then trimmed down a smaller piece of White Card Super Smooth 250gsm so that it fits onto my card with a border around the edge. I ran this piece through my die cutting machine using the stripe embossing folder. I then adhered this piece onto my card base using Stick it! 3D Foam Tape 9mm.

Next I die cut the butterfly and flowers using the following colours of card:

• Rosa Pearlised Card 300gsm
• Silver Non-Shedding Glitter Card 285gsm
• Raspberry Pink Plain Card 240gsm
• New Lilac Smooth Card 240gsm
• Powder Blue Pearlised Card 300gsm
• Turquoise Colour Card 240gsm
• Baby Pink Plain Card 240gsm

I also die cut 3 layers of the word Bonjour so that its pretty thick. I adhered all the flowers and butterfly parts using Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml.

Once this was completed I adhered all the images onto my card using lots of Anita’s PVA Tacky Glue 60ml.

To finish the card off I added some pretty gems.
