Hi, Barbara here with a short tutorial, showing how to make this pretty card, using Papermilldirect card stock and Inkylicious stamp, stencil and acetate butterfly.

I started off by folding an A4 piece of ivory hopsack in half, then trimming to make a card base almost 6" square.

A smaller piece of mocha brown was added to this, then a 5"x5" hopsack 'topper'. Once this was done I started the stamping.

Using a butterfly stamp from Inkylicious, I stamped onto a small scrap of hopsack, then coloured it with Picked Raspberry distress ink.

This was 'fussy-cut' and adhered to the card topper.

Using a bubbles stencil, again from Inkylicious, I stencilled in Frayed Burlap distress ink surrounding the butterfly.

Next I trimmed an acetate butterfly and coloured the reverse with a pink Sharpie pen......this was adhered on top of the first butterfly.

Inkylicious do A4 sheets of acetate butterflies in all sizes.....I used two smaller ones, colouring them the same as previously, and adhered them to the topper. A small 'friend' sentiment finished off the card.

Pink and brown are popular choices amongst the Papermilldirect DT at the moment.....don't forget to check regularly for updates & inspiration.

Bye for now,
