Our selection of Mount Boards are a great way to create these signs.

Available in sizes ranging from A1 to A4, our Mount Boards allow you to craft extra-large signs that are easily readable — even from the back of the room. Need something smaller for table numbers, directions, or perhaps a fun quote? Our A4 size is perfect for you! No matter the occasion, our boards help you convey your message effectively.

Worried about your signs flopping over or being blown away in the wind? You can put those concerns to rest! Our Mount Boards boast a sturdy 1250-micron thickness, ensuring durability and stability. They are made to withstand various conditions, making them the ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor events.

We understand that aesthetics matter! That’s why we offer a range of colors to choose from. Whether you want a bold statement with vibrant hues or prefer classic neutral shades to complement your décor, we have you covered. Plus, we provide small samples for you to view before making a larger purchase. This allows you to ensure that your Mount Board fits seamlessly with your color scheme and overall vision.

With our Mount Boards, you can create stunning visual displays that not only guide attendees but also enhance the atmosphere of your event.

Classic Wedding Sign Ideas

Welcome Signs

Imagine this elegant touch catching the eye of every guest as they arrive, letting them know they're in the right place (and at the right celebration)! This sign also serves as a delightful backdrop for photos, allowing friends and family to capture memories that will last a lifetime. Make sure your sign reflects your unique style, you could include your names and the date of the wedding on the sign for that personal touch.

Direction Signs for a Stress-Free Celebration

If your wedding includes a buffet or designated games area—like a fun ring toss—having clear directional signs can keep the flow of your event seamless. A sign announcing when the buffet is open ensures that guests don’t dive into your delicacies too early. Similarly, inviting your guests to join in on the fun activities will encourage everyone to connect and enjoy the festivities. Clear signage not only enhances the aesthetic but also relieves any confusion, so everyone can focus on celebrating your love!

Order of the Day: Keep Everyone In The Loop

Weddings can have many moving parts, and it can be hard for guests to keep track of what’s happening when. An ‘Order of the Day’ sign helps to set the tone and keep everyone in the know. Indicate when it's time to chat, when dinner will be served, and when the dance floor opens up for everyone to let loose. This sign is your ally in seamlessly guiding your guests, ensuring they are present for every enchanting moment of your special day!

Seating Plan: The Perfect Arrangement

If you’re opting for assigned seating, you’ll want a clear and beautifully designed seating plan to guide your guests to their tables. This not only helps avoid any awkward situations but also allows for thoughtful seating arrangements that support meaningful connections among friends and family. A well-presented seating sign can elevate your decor and make finding their place a fun part of the experience. It’s a small detail that goes a long way in ensuring everyone feels welcome and included.

Signature Board

Create a Signature Board and ask guests to sign it, so you have a beautiful keepsake with well wishes from all your loved ones on from your special day.
We've done a quick tutorial on how we created ours below!

1. First, you will need some Mount Board.
Depending on how big you would like your signature board to be, it will come down to personal choice and maybe how many guests you're inviting - you want room for everyone to sign it!
We used an A3 Mount Board to create our signature board, but you can go bigger! We offer our Mount Board in sizes up to A1.
You'll want to pick a pale Mount Board if you want your guests to sign with a black pen.
You could use a black mount board and have guests sign in silver and gold, but we advise grabbing some samples to test with your pens before committing to this idea!

2. Then you will want to print a nice photo of you and your partner. Some couples use an engagement photo, but it comes down to personal choice.
You can always replace this photo with a photo from your wedding at a later date, but I would advise putting a photo on the board so that guests don't sign behind where you will place your photo.
We cut our photo to 5"x7" size so that the photo had a border large enough for people to sign. Depending on what size Mount Board you choose you may want to scale up the photo.

3. We added a border behind our photo and then used double-sided tape to adhere it all together.

Now it's time to add any more personalised extras you might like, whether it's your names or a note at the top of the sign encouraging guests to leave their well wishes on the board.

Table Numbers & Smaller Signs

Table Numbers

If you're having a seating plan at your wedding, then be sure to let guests know which table is which!
Handy signs with the table number or name of the table will help guests to find their seat. These signs can be small enough to sit on top of the table and add to any other decorations you may have added.

Smaller Signs

Here are a few ideas on smaller signs that could make your day go smoothly.

Swap your Heels for Slippers sign

If you’re offering complimentary slippers or sandals for anyone in high heels, a cheerful sign placed near the shoes can invite guests to kick off their heels and embrace comfort. Simple yet effective!

Kids Table

What about your younger attendees? If you're inviting kids to your wedding then a dedicated kids’ section or table can be a delightful surprise, particularly when you create fun and colorful signs that guide families to this special area. These small touches not only enhance the experience but also help everyone know where to find the essentials.

Gift Table

Another often-forgotten detail is the gifts! Unless you want to juggle envelopes and beautifully wrapped boxes all night, having a designated gift table is crucial. An elegant sign identifying this area not only directs guests but also adds a touch of organization to your event.
