Nicole here today to share a recent wedding card idea made for a good friend of mine. I wanted to go with a really elegant colour scheme for the card and I love the combination of red, navy and shimmering white for this. I used:

I used a frame cut file that I had, I am not sure where this one is from I am afraid. The couple is a cut file from the Silhouette store, as is the Mr & Mrs. I layered all my elements on a red card mat, which I laid onto a navy layer, and then added this onto a white card base.

For the red card layer, I used the same scoreboard technique as I outlined in this previous tip on the Papermilldirect blog - scoreboard technique tutorial . I also added a lot of shimmer onto the '&' symbol and the wedding couple also.

A few pearls finished the card off then!

Thanks for stopping by today, and if you make any wedding cards, or have any favourite colour combos for them share them with me!
