Bright and Colourful Pumpkin House

I chose my orange colours for the pumpkin house and coloured from darkest to lightest, leaving the curvy bits the lightest, as they would be in real life 3D.
I continued colouring the scene in the same way and then filled in the back ground with pale blue for the sky and a green grey for the ground. I then trimmed the coloured panel down to 5 inches square. I chose some beautiful, textured yellow card stock and cut this to 5.5 inches square. I then glued the coloured panel onto the yellow panel and that onto a slightly larger square card base.
The card is now complete! I had great fun colouring the image and the smooth card stock was a perfect canvas. I love the yellow linen effect card too and think it frames the coloured image perfectly. What do you think? Terri (VeegsTez Creates) xx
