Summer holidays are the perfect time for catching up on a little reading, especially when poolside with a cool drink in hand.
What are you reading this summer?
Our designer Sylvia made this bookmark inspired by one of her favourite reads, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Have you ever thought of making a bookmark to go with a book? It's a great idea for a gift for a book-lover.
To add some extra interest to this challenge we would love you to recommend a favourite book for us to read on our hols when you post your competition entries - what are you reading at the moment, could you make a bookmark to match, or perhaps one that kids or teens would like? Are you into gory chrime thrillers, historical romance or maybe you like a bit of sci-fi - so many great excuses for getting creative and making a handmade bookmark.
How to Enter
Please add a comment to your post letting us know you are entering the competition, any book that your bookmark is inspired by and also add our hashtag #papermilldirect
NB. Your bookmark does not have to have a literary theme or inspiration, we just thought it would be fun to see lots of gorgeous designs and get a few ideas for good reads all at the same time.
It's as easy as that to enter!
We'll be sure to comment to let you know your entry has been counted.
If you're unsure how to get your image entered via social media please let us know at email@example.com
Entries close at midnight on August 31st! We'll be sharing our favourite entries so do link to your blog or Facebook page so people can find more of your work.
