For this project you will need:
- Mocha Brown Plain Card 240gsm
- Daiquiri Cocktail Double Sided Pearl Card 290gsm
- Green Mixed Card Pack A4 | 10 Sheets
You will also need a craft knife, a bit of glue and my template.
First you need to print the template onto an A4 sheet of brown card.
Then take your craft knife and start cutting out all the black bits. Take your time to cut out the pattern.
Next you need to trim the excess card. Take the corner marks from the template as a guide. The final card size (after folding) will be 5" x 7".
Fold the card in half.
Trim a piece of orange card slightly smaller than 5" x 7" and glue it onto the inside of the card. This will add a bit of colour to the cutout pattern. Trim a piece of paper as well in the same size to add onto the side of the card for writing the message.
The next step is to embellish a bit. I used different shades of green card and dies from my stash to make a few leaves which I glued onto the front of the card. I added a few craft gems to finish.
