I used Tim Holtz Sizzix dies tag and bookplates and holiday words script with a Memory Box snowflake border die. The stamp used is from Darkroom Door, a set of inchie Christmas stamps. The tag was edged with vintage photo distress ink and spritzed with water. The ribbon and mini sleigh bells were from my scrap box.
