Hi folks, Lisa here and I have a Christmas Tree decoration to share today.

I have used one of those plastic fillfable baubles which you can get from craft shops or eBay. They come in two halves and are perfect for decorating.

If you'd like to make this too, you will need

  • plain white card from Papermilldirect
  • A snowflake die/punch
  • A refillable bauble
  • Sparkle Mod Podge
  • A paintbrush
  • (optional) Sequins to put inside the baube to make it a shaker bauble.

Step One

Using the paintbrush, spread Sparkle Mod Podge on the inside of both halves of the bauble

Step Two

Whilst the mod podge is still wet, place your snowflake die cuts/punch outs around the inside of the bauble.

Step Three

Add another layer of mod podge over the snowflakes and leave to dry. I left them overnight.

Once dry, add some sequins to the inside and put both halves of the bauble together.

And there you have it - one very sparkly Christmas Tree decoration!

so pretty and sparkly!! what a great project. I bought some of these refillable baubles a few weeks back and have yet to decorate, love the sparkly mod podge idea, i may mix some glitter into my deco mache glue and see if that will work too :)
