I started with a small piece of Papermilldirect buff card stock, measuring 3.5" x 5". Using a small sponge dauber, I stamped numerous 'dots' onto the card, with Versamark ink.

I covered the dots with white embossing powder and heat embossed them.

I mounted the 'topper' onto a slightly larger piece of Mocha brown, then adhered to a A6 card base (I made 2 x A6 card bases from one A4 sheet of white hemp card)

Using a few different shades of green and a small piece of glitter card stock, I die-cut some foliage using various dies

All I had to do then was add a small sentiment and a piece of ribbon to finish.

So, a very simple card which takes only a few minutes to make.....perfect if you leave your Christmas cards until the last minute, like I usually do.

Well that's it for today... back soon with a tutorial for making a batch of  (very easy) Christmas cards.
