Pearl Pink Card

Hi everyone,

Nicole here today to share a congratulations card, made using some special offer Papermilldirect card. I have used:

I wanted to cut a frame from the pearlised baby pink card but found it was a bit too thin for what I wanted. So I adhered it to a scrap of white card before die cutting my frame and it worked perfectly. I also used this method for the bottom layer of the flower. I used the flourish as it was to let it flow on the card. I used Distress Ink in Tattered Rose which matched the Pearlised Pink card really well, and Picked Raspberry in first and second generation of stamping to match the darker pink. I used this ink for the splatters on the card background. The card was so fun to make, layering all the elements over the white linen card, and using the ink splatters and mixing all the differnt card elements, it was just great fun! The special offer card was wonderful to work with too, and works really well together.
