We want to make it easy for you to buy from us and indeed we aim to make it a pleasure for you to buy from us. Our objective is to simplify the buying process on our website and we hope that you will find that to be the case.
Just browse our Catalogue and click on any item(s) that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping cart and move to "Order " where you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy your order.
We accept payment with all major credit cards and with Switch debit card. We do not charge for an item unless it is in stock.
Should an item be out of stock you will not be charged until this item is shipped to you.
If you are shopping from outwith the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We are partnered with Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ensure prompt delivery of your purchased products.
Royal Mail will deliver packages weighing up to 2 kilos within the UK, its Offshore Islands, Western Europe, Scandinavia, USA and Canada.
Parcelforce will deliver packages above 2 kilos within the UK, its Offshore Islands, Western Europe, Scandinavia, USA and Canada.
For ease of handling, the maximum weight we will ship as a single package will be 25 kilos.
Shipping and packing charges are calculated depending on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. These charges are visible to you when you proceed to the Checkout and before you finalise the order transaction.
Be assured that we have taken every care to ensure that we have sourced the most equitable shipping costs.
Please note that there is a GBP 13.50 surcharge for delivery to the Scottish islands.
As soon as we receive your order we will begin working on it right away.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday and we will normally despatch your order either the same day if received by 12 noon else the day after.
We will advise you by e-mail when your order has shipped.
For destinations within the UK mainland we provide 5 service speeds if your order is received Monday to Thursday by 12 noon.
For the Far North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, all UK offshore islands and some parts of the UK the delivery service is 48 hours. In some cases the delivery option you choose may not be possible, in this event the product(s) will be shipped on the fastest available service and any refund due, will be made. You will also be notified of the change by email.
Delivery times for the Republic of Ireland and continental Europe vary between two to five days depending on the country of destination.
Delivery times are not guaranteed allthough they are the norm and other factors may delay your delivery.

Back Orders
If the item you wish to order is not in stock and we cannot ship within the
terms of our delivery we will Back Order for you. You wil always be e-mailed
with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5 per cent is added to all orders where the delivery destination
is within the EU.
No VAT is charged to delivery addresses outwith the EU and you
should click the VAT exempt button on the CHECKOUT page to reduce
VAT to zero.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our Internet shopping
system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your
order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our Bank's
computer. They
are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all our products. We have fully evaluated the products that we sell and we are confident of your satisfaction.
In the event of goods being damaged on arrival you must advise the carrier
and ourselves immediately, signing the Delivery Note to the effect that
the goods are damaged. Alternatively, please refuse delivery and contact us
immediately.
