Photographic boards - which one is best for me?
We have three choices for you, as you can see above.
Gloss is the traditional inkjet photo surface. As you would expect the print finish is glossy reflective and shiny, pretty much as you would receive if you got your photos developed at a high street lab. Excellent quality and the traditional path of many.
Pearl is a semi-gloss, a satin or if you prefer lustre. This board is not as shiny or reflective as the Gloss and so is preferred for wedding images, portraits and even point of sale. This is our best selling board and is the same price as the Gloss board.

Matt photo board is as the name suggests, matt. No shine, no reflection and lacking the image depth that the other two papers in this category boast. Where the Matt paper makes up for this is in the price/quality ratio, cheaply priced but stunning images for a matt board. Excellent for proofing purposes. Even better for point of sale. |
